Do you give refunds?

Yes, The Clique accepts returns on all full priced items returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. 

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final sales and can therefore not be returned for refund or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?

Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to the Customer Service Team no later than 12 hours from placing your order. Outside of the 12 hour period, all orders are confirmed and delivery details cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All order cancellations must be communicated with the customer service team no later than 12 hours from placing your order. Please note, that The Clique cannot guarantee cancellation of orders if not received within the 12 hour period.
