At The Clique we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. If you require a return or exchange on your product please see the information below.  

Returns Policy 

- Prior to any return, the customer must contact customerservice@shoptheclique.co

- All merchandise returns within Australia must be returned within 14 days of receipt 

- All merchandise returns outside of Australia must be returned within 30 days of receipts

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed – all goods will be inspected on return

- All merchandise must be returned with original tags including swing tags 

- Returns will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal)

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back 

- It is recommended that you use a postal service that gives you proof of posting 

Refunds and Processing

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 business days from receiving the returned package.

If your return shoes visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with tags, labels and stickers in tact, we will not process the return.

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. 

Sale Items

No refunds are offered on any sale items. All merchandise purchased during a sale may only be exchanged for the same item in a different colour or size. 

Exchanges on sale items must go through the customer service team before the item is shipped back to the store

Please note due to the stock levels of sale items, merchandise may be sold out or not available in other sizes or colours. 

Quick and Easy Return

For a quick and easy return, please include a note in your returns package with the following information on it:

Order Name

Order Number

All additional information (i.e. please exchange to a size 10)

Order Cancellation

The Clique aims to ship orders to customers as soon as possible. Because of this, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team no later than 12 hours from placing your order. Please note, that The Clique cannot guarantee cancellation of orders if not received within the 12 hour period.
